I know what you’re thinking…green beans in place of French Fries? No way!
It is hard to beat a hot crispy fry, but I promise you that you will feel better after
eating this much healthier option.  You won’t walk away from the table feeling…well, fried.

So easy.
Toss beans into a baking pan…one that can go into your broiler.
Lightly cover with butter or olive oil.
Season with garlic salt or season salt.
Generously cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
Broil for 3-5 minutes on high. {depending on how crisp and brown you like your beans!)
You will be pleasantly surprised.
