For our last January breakfast, we will be sharing a sandwich idea.
They are filling and easy to take on the go.

Those of you who like eating breakfast for dinner…
these make for an easy dinner idea as well.

Ham and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
1 egg
2 slices of ham {or two strips of bacon can be substituted}
1 slice of cheese
1 English muffin
1 pat of butter

Heat pan and melt pat of butter.
Fry egg and ham in the butter.
Toast English muffin.
Layer toasted English muffin with egg, cheese, meat.

It’s that simple.

*When making the sandwiches to go, consider wrapping them in a wax sandwich bag.
You can find them at your local grocery store.
They open wide, which is nice for fitting a taller sandwich.
The wax bags handle heat better than a plastic bag
and are also safer for the environment.
